QA/QC Sr.Manager /AGM - Construction Chemicals

Role Overview :

As a Sr. Manager / AGM - QA-QC for Construction Chemicals, you will be instrumental in upholding and elevating the quality standards across our product portfolio. This pivotal role involves leading the entire Quality Assurance and Quality Control spectrum, from raw material inspection and supplier quality management to in-process checks, final product testing, and post-market surveillance. You will work closely with R&D, Production, Supply Chain, and Sales teams, as well as external suppliers and customers, to ensure our construction chemical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance and Quality Control strategies for all construction chemical products, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.

- Lead and optimize all aspects of Laboratory Management, including advanced testing protocols, equipment calibration, and data analysis, to guarantee accurate and reliable material and product testing.

- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS), driving process excellence and ensuring adherence to ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee Supplier Quality Management, conducting rigorous audits, fostering strong vendor relationships, and implementing robust incoming material inspection processes to ensure raw material consistency and performance.

- Spearhead Problem Solving initiatives, conducting thorough root cause analysis for quality deviations, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and minimizing production disruptions.

- Develop and manage comprehensive Technical Documentation, including product specifications, test methods, quality manuals, and audit reports, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

- Drive Process Excellence initiatives within QA/QC and collaborate with production to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall product quality.

- Implement proactive Risk Management strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate potential quality-related risks throughout the product lifecycle, from development to delivery.

- Supervise and validate all product Testing activities, ensuring compliance with specified parameters and customer requirements, and providing technical support for product application.

- Plan and execute internal and external Audit programs, ensuring compliance with QMS, regulatory bodies, and customer-specific quality agreements.

- Collaborate with Material Management to establish critical quality checkpoints and ensure the integrity of raw materials and finished goods within the supply chain.

Required Skillset :

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field from a reputed institution.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site manufacturing and laboratory environment based in Hyderabad, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
