Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Production - Gravity Die Casting

Position: Manager / Senior Manager / AGM - Production (Gravity Die Casting - GDC)

Company: Indian Auto Component Manufacturer Company.

- The incumbent will lead end-to-end Gravity Die Casting (GDC) Production Operations, ensuring achievement of volume, quality, cost, delivery, and safety targets in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment.

- The role is responsible for driving operational excellence through improved OEE, productivity enhancement, rejection reduction, cost optimization, and strict adherence to process and metallurgical standards.

- The position requires strong leadership capability to manage production teams, build shop-floor discipline, and implement Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- The candidate will work closely with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless production flow, defect reduction, customer compliance (IATF/ISO), and successful new product ramp-ups.

- This role demands strategic thinking, strong execution focus, and proven experience in Aluminum Casting Operations within an automotive OEM-driven ecosystem.
