Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Plant HR - Industrial & Manufacturing Sector

- Our client operates withing the industrial and manufacturing sector. The Plant HR Lead will manage and oversee all human resources functions at the plant level to ensure compliance, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

- The ideal candidate will work closely with the leadership team to implement HR strategies in alignment with business objectives.

1. Lead and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support plant operations and business goals.

2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning for plant staff.

3. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations at the plant level.

4. Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and conflict resolution.

5. Develop and implement training and development programs for plant employees.

6. Monitor and improve employee engagement and retention strategies.

7. Collaborate with plant leadership to address workforce challenges and opportunities.

8. Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
