We're Hiring: NRI Program Manager (Senior Manager / AGM Level)

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi-NCR

We're looking for an NRI Program Manager who can own critical business initiatives, collaborate across teams, and ensure seamless execution of high-priority projects focused on delivering exceptional experiences for NRI customers.

Who We're Looking For:

- MBA from a Tier-1 B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, JBIMS or equivalent)

- 23 years post-MBA experience preferred

- Currently based in Delhi-NCR/Gurgaon or willing to relocate immediately

Preferred Background:

Professionals from high-growth startups, fintech, consumer internet, Founder's Office, or Chief of Staff environments.

What You'll Do:

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across the lead-to-sales funnel

- Drive cross-functional execution with internal teams and external partners

- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver business outcomes

- Build strong relationships with NRI/HNI customers, bankers, brokers, and international partners

- Own business-critical initiatives from problem identification to execution
