Description: We are searching for a high-energy, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager/AGM to lead dynamic marketing efforts for a retail brand that is redefining the value shopping experience in India. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving physical store traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and strengthening customer loyalty through strategic offline and CRM initiatives.


Key Responsibilities & Strategic Deliverables:


- Offline & BTL Leadership: Lead the strategy and execution of all Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns, hyper-focused on hyperlocal activities, visual merchandising support, and in-store promotions designed to maximize store footfalls and drive sales conversions.


- Brand & Communication Ownership: Oversee all aspects of branding, communication, and visual identity across physical and digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency and reinforcing the brand promise of value.


- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and optimize CRM programs and loyalty initiatives aimed at strengthening customer retention, increasing repeat purchases, and elevating the overall customer engagement lifecycle.


- Integrated Strategy Execution: Collaborate cross-functionally with retail operations, merchandising, and digital teams to design and execute fully integrated marketing strategies that maximize effectiveness across all channels.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):


Success in this role will be measured by:


- Growth in store footfalls and improvement in in-store conversion rates.


- Measurable improvement in local brand visibility and overall campaign effectiveness (ROI).


- Tangible increase in customer loyalty metrics and repeat purchase frequency via CRM program performance.


Who We're Looking For:


- Marketing Expertise: A seasoned marketing leader with deep, proven expertise in managing ATL/BTL campaigns and bringing a fresh, creative approach to customer engagement.


- Retail Experience: Mandatory proven experience in value retail marketing, mass market branding, and campaign execution, with a strong understanding of physical store dynamics.


- Leadership & Strategy: Possesses strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills necessary to shape brand strategy and lead a high-performing team.
