Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Interior Design - Luxury/High Rise Residential Projects

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect / Interior Designer with a strong background in luxury and high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the design process, from conceptualization and workplace strategy to design documentation, implementation, and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) coordination. This role requires a keen design sensibility, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop design concepts, including layouts, color schemes etc

- Create detailed plans, sketches, and 3D models using design software.

- Select and source materials, furniture, and finishes.

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and costs.

- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals.

- Oversee the installation and final arrangement of design elements.
