Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Finance Leader - RTR (Record to Report) to drive end-to-end controllership, compliance, and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership

- Lead the complete RTR cycle covering General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Accruals, Bank Reconciliations, Month-End & Year-End Closing.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Financial Statements, MIS, and Management Dashboards as per Ind-AS/IFRS.

- Partner with multiple group entities to ensure standardized service delivery and adherence to SLAs.

2. Process Excellence & Transformation

- Drive standardization, harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement across the RTR function.

- Implement digital tools, best practices, and ERP enhancements (SAP preferred) for improved accuracy and efficiency.

3. Governance & Compliance

- Ensure strong internal controls, ICFR, and SOX compliance within all RTR processes.

- Manage and coordinate statutory audits, internal audits, and external reporting requirements.

- Maintain full compliance with group accounting policies and evolving regulatory standards.

4. Stakeholder & People Management

- Serve as the RTR Process Owner / SME, ensuring seamless collaboration across FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Business Finance.

- Lead, guide, and develop a team of RTR professionals to achieve performance excellence.

- Work closely with auditors, cross-functional teams, and senior stakeholders for accurate financial governance.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in RTR, controllership, financial reporting, audits, and compliance.

- Hands-on experience in SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Excellent understanding of Ind-AS/IFRS.
