Job Summary:

We are looking for a finance professional to take ownership of accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audits, MIS and overall finance operations. The role will work closely with senior management and will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

- Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.

- Handle statutory compliance, taxation and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate internal and external audits.

- Prepare and review MIS, financial statements and management reports.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.

- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow and working capital.

- Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.

- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

- Work closely with senior leadership on financial analysis and business decisions.

- Lead and guide the accounts and finance team.

Candidate Profile:

- CA

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

- Strong understanding of accounting, audits and statutory compliance.

- Experience in MIS, financial reporting and management reporting.

- Good knowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Candidates from mid-sized organisations with end-to-end finance exposure will be preferred.

- Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred.
