8. Prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements as per IND AS & IFRS.
9. Establish KPIs to monitor financial performance and operational efficiency.
10. Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
11. Drive cost optimization initiatives to improve financial sustainability.
12. Manage financial reporting for senior leadership, board members, and investors.
13. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
14. Oversee PF Trust operations ensuring compliance, investment optimization, and strong governance.
15. Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives within the finance function.
16. Implement best practices in financial reporting, controls, and decision support systems.
Skills Required:
1. Strong expertise in Accounts, Audit, and Taxation.
2. In-depth knowledge of IND AS, IFRS, and direct & indirect taxation.
3. Experience in handling finance functions of a listed company.
4. Proficiency in ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
5. Strategic thinking with strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
6. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
