Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Export Finance

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Export Finance professional to manage end-to-end export finance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize export incentives, and work closely with banks and senior internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete pre-shipment & post-shipment export finance operations

- Ensure timely realization of export proceeds and tracking of export receivables

- Handle export documentation: LCs, BGs, SBLCs, shipping bills, invoices, BL/AWB

- Coordinate with banks for PCFC, packing credit, export limits, buyers credit

- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, DGFT and closure of GR/EDF, EDPMS

- Manage export incentive schemes: RoDTEP, EPCG, Advance Authorisation, Duty Drawback

- Prepare MIS, profitability statements, forex exposure reports, and dashboards

- Lead and mentor team members; collaborate with sales, logistics, and supply chain teams

- Support audits and drive digitalization/automation of export finance processes

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: CA or Full-time MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute

- Experience: 1015 years with 100% hands-on exposure in Export Finance

- Background from manufacturing / export-driven organizations (1000 Cr+ turnover preferred)

- Strong knowledge of RBI regulations, Foreign Trade Policy, ECGC, AEO

- Proven ability to lead export finance operations end-to-end

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior management
