Senior Manager / AGM / DGM Corporate Finance


Role Overview:


The role involves supporting and/or leading deal execution in corporate finance, including fund-raising, financial analysis, lender/investor engagement, and capital structuring. Based on seniority, the incumbent will take on increasing levels of ownership, from supporting execution to independently leading complex transactions.


Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

Deal Execution:

- Support and/or lead the end-to-end closure of financial transactions including debt, equity, or structured finance deals.


- Responsibilities include term sheet negotiation, due diligence, documentation, and drawdown coordination.


Financial Modeling & Analysis:


- Build, review, and maintain detailed financial models for transactions, valuations, capital planning, and strategic decision-making.


Lender & Investor Relations:


- Develop and manage relationships with financial institutions.

Senior Manager: Mid-level interaction

AGM: Mid-to-upper-level engagement

DGM: Independently manage mid-to-senior-level relationships


Documentation & Compliance:


- Coordinate with legal, accounts, and strategy teams to ensure timely documentation, compliance with covenants, and adherence to internal governance.


Team Leadership (as applicable):


Senior Manager: Individual contributor or small team (up to 2 members)

AGM: Lead small to mid-sized team, provide review and supervision

DGM: Lead larger team, mentor juniors, and take functional ownership


Strategic Finance Support:


- Contribute to decisions on capital structure, refinancing, and long-term financial planning in alignment with business goals.


Required Skills & Competencies:


- Expertise in financial modeling and business analysis

- Prior experience in transaction structuring and execution

- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- High degree of ownership, responsiveness, and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and institutions

- Comfort with high-pressure deadlines and evolving deal dynamics
