As the AGM of Corporate & Leadership Hiring, you will step into a high-visibility role, serving as the primary architect for the company's senior talent landscape. You won't just be filling roles; you will be a strategic consultant to the CEO and Board, ensuring the organization is powered by world-class leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Executive Search & Headhunting
- Targeted Acquisition: Lead the full-cycle recruitment for critical corporate functions and C-suite/VP-level positions.
- Passive Talent Engagement: Deploy sophisticated headhunting techniques to identify and attract "best-in-class" talent who aren't actively looking.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Ensure every interaction with senior candidates reflects the prestige and innovation of the company brand.
2. Strategic Advisory & Stakeholder Management
- Board-Level Partnership: Act as a talent advisor to the CEO, Board Members, and Business Heads to align hiring with long-term business goals.
- Intelligence Reporting: Use market mapping and compensation benchmarking to provide data-backed insights on the talent landscape.
- Consensus Building: Manage complex interview structures and facilitate alignment among diverse internal leadership teams.
3. Market Mapping & Pipeline Engineering
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive research into top-tier firms to understand their leadership structures and talent movement.
- Succession Planning: Proactively build and nurture a long-term pipeline for future leadership needs and critical corporate pivots.
4. Executive Compensation & Governance
- Complex Offers: Design sophisticated executive remuneration packages, including fixed pay, performance-linked bonuses, and equity/ESOPs.
- High-Stakes Negotiation: Lead delicate closing conversations to secure top-tier talent in a competitive market.
Skills & Qualification:
- The Strategist: You have 8-12 years of experience in executive search or corporate leadership hiring, ideally within high-growth ecosystems.
- The Consultant: You possess an MBA and the professional polish required to engage with industry veterans and senior executives.
- The Analyst: You are comfortable using data and analytics to drive decision-making and measure recruitment efficacy.
- The Cultural Anchor: You have high Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and a sharp eye for assessing culture-fit at the leadership level.
