Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Concept Design

Role Overview:

As the Concept Design Lead (Sr. Manager / AGM), you will be at the forefront of shaping innovative solutions that address critical business challenges and drive growth. Your day-to-day will involve translating complex business requirements into well-defined solution architectures and conceptual designs. You will collaborate closely with product development teams, business stakeholders, and external clients to ensure alignment and successful implementation. Your work will directly impact the user experience, customer satisfaction, and overall business outcomes by delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet market demands and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development of end-to-end solution architectures and conceptual designs for new products and features, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical feasibility.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear and concise specifications for the development team.

- Drive the response to RFPs (Request for Proposals) by crafting compelling and innovative solution designs that showcase our capabilities and address client needs.

- Conduct thorough business process re-engineering (BPR) exercises to identify areas for improvement and optimization, leading to more efficient and effective solutions.

- Perform in-depth competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify opportunities for differentiation, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and architect complex solutions that meet business requirements and technical constraints.

- Proven expertise in product development methodologies and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve critical issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Noida.
