Role Overview:
The Sr. Manager Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for assisting Corporate HR Head in designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with the organizations strategic objectives. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, market awareness, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and enhance existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures to ensure market competitiveness.
- Design innovative incentive programs to support the companys ambitious growth plan.
- Regularly conduct market benchmarking and compensation surveys to ensure company remains competitive in terms of salary.
- Develop & implement Long Term Incentive Programs for critical talent segments.
- Perform salary forecasting exercise to manage annual salary overhead budgets.
- Ensuring all compensation programs, policies, and procedures comply with applicable laws & regulations.
- Prepare and present MIS reports, dashboards and analytics to enable data driven decision making.
- Oversee annual increment cycles, variable pay processes and related compensation activities. for the company.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data modeling.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
