We are looking for a senior commercial professional with strong experience in Sugar Industry / Project-based businesses to handle end-to-end commercial, contract, and project support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead tender & pre-bid commercial evaluations

- Draft, review & negotiate contracts, LOIs, amendments

- Manage receivables, GST, BGs, LCs & client reconciliations

- Identify commercial risks & ensure compliance

- Support project & legal teams on claims and disputes

- Lead and mentor a small commercial team

Ideal Background:

- 15 to 22 years of experience in Sugar / EPC / Heavy Engineering projects

- Strong exposure to contracts, billing, collections & project commercials

- Qualification: MBA / CA / M.Com / LLB
