Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Cloud Infrastructure & Microsoft 365

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned technology leader with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 to drive cloud strategy, enterprise architecture, transformation, and operations. The role will own Microsoft platforms end-to-end, including delivery, governance, security, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive Azure and Microsoft 365 strategy, architecture, and roadmap.

- Lead enterprise-wide cloud migration, transformation, and modernization initiatives.

- Manage large-scale Azure IaaS/PaaS environments.

- Oversee Microsoft 365 platforms including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.

- Drive identity, security, compliance, governance, and risk management.

- Ensure high availability, performance, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

- Manage internal teams, vendors, and OEM partners.

- Drive automation and optimization using PowerShell and DevOps practices.

- Own budgeting, Microsoft licensing, and cost optimization.

- Act as a key technology stakeholder for business and leadership teams.

Required Experience and Skills:

- 20+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Cloud.

- 8-10+ years of experience in Azure and Microsoft 365 leadership roles.

- Strong expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune, and Microsoft Defender.

- Proven experience leading enterprise cloud transformation projects.

- Experience managing large teams and multi-vendor environments.

- Strong strategic, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Education and Certifications:

- BE, BTech, MCA or equivalent.

- Preferred certifications: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, and Microsoft Security certifications.

Nice to Have:

- ITIL and Service Management experience.

- Experience working in large enterprise or multi-geo environments.

- Knowledge of HIPAA and SOC 2 frameworks.

- Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management industry.
