JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Sr. Manager /AGM Administration
- Admin
- Fort (Transitioning to Worli in 6-8mths) : HOD
Key Responsibilities:
a. Office Administration
- General Administration & Maintenance: Oversee office operations, ensuring a well- maintained and efficient work environment.
- Policy & Procedure Enhancement: Regularly review and refine administrative policies and processes to improve efficiency.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage budgets for administrative functions, including office supplies, equipment, and related expenses.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize and manage office events, meetings, and related logistics.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and clients to ensure seamless operations.
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities: Handle any additional tasks assigned as per business requirements.
b. Administrative Support to Top Management and family members
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing corporate and personal events, ensuring seamless logistics and high standards.
- Travel Management: Oversee travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, and coordination for both professional and personal trips.
- Vehicle Management: Ensure proper maintenance of vehicles, timely renewal of Insurance and PUC's , availability of drivers and emergency services if required for the top management and family members.
- Confidentiality & Professionalism: Uphold the highest level of discretion in handling personal and family matters, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
Expected from Candidates:
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to secure the best terms.
- Cost Efficiency: Focus on optimizing costs while maintaining high operational standards.
- Proficiency in Excel: Strong command of Excel for data analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all administrative and operational tasks.
- Responsiveness to Urgency: Ability to handle urgent matters efficiently and prioritize tasks as needed.
