Senior Manager/Assistant General Manager - Accounts Payable/Procure-to-Pay - CA

Role : Senior Manager Accounts Payable (AP) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) | Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead the Accounts Payable (AP) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function for a leading organization based in Mumbai. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong experience in managing high-volume AP operations, driving process excellence, and leading large teams.

Location : Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end AP/P2P operations including invoice processing, vendor payments, reimbursements, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GST, TDS, audit, and statutory requirements.

- Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation, and KPI/SLA management.

- Partner with Procurement, Treasury, Tax, and business stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing AP teams.

- Leverage SAP (preferred) or other ERP platforms to improve operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong expertise in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance Operations.

- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

- Experience in Shared Services/GBS or high-volume finance operations is preferred.

- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
