Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a large team including hiring, training, performance reviews, and career development.
- Manage client relationships effectively; anticipate risks, resolve pain points, and maintain strong engagement.
- Drive operational transformation through digital asset implementation, best practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Deliver on defined strategic goals; oversee complex service delivery and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Provide regular updates on portfolio progress, manage metrics, and develop mitigation plans for any delivery risks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric service delivery and process excellence.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth; improve Net Promoter Scores and account stability.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams and complex delivery models.
- Strong domain knowledge in P&C Insurance, specifically Claims Management/underwriting
- Experience in setting up new processes or transitions from assessment to operationalization.
