As a part of their Investment Solutions department, they are looking to identify a Senior Manager - Investment Consulting Research &amp; Asset Management (BFSI) based out of Mumbai office. Job Responsibility: - Reporting to Head/MD -Investment Solutions; you would be responsible for: - - Playing a leading role in the Investment Solutions business across asset class research, investment strategy development, Service Delivery, Research and Modeling, investment portfolio risk and new business development. - Preparing &amp; reviewing financial models and sensitiveness, conducting a feasibility study, financial and commercial due diligence on potential Investment opportunities/ targets in Private Equity companies and funds, Joint Venture, Alternative Investments and new business plan/vertical. - Providing value propositions across different business lines along with the Investment solution team members &amp; building the technical sophistication of R&amp;D and models in place for investment strategy and portfolio risk. - Building Investment products and strategies using mathematical and financial techniques across different asset classes preferably Equity, Fixed income along with Risk &amp; Portfolio management across different geographies (US &amp; UK). - Engaging with multiple stakeholders in the development of Investment recommendations &amp; proposals &amp; responsible for Operational Strategy &amp; Portfolio management across geographies and managing a team. The successful applicant: -Result-driven Investment and Finance professional with a Postgraduate degree/ Advanced degree in Engineering/Finance/Mathematics with 8 to 12 years of experience in Financial Services /Investment Banking/Capital markets domain in Investment consulting, Research &amp; asset management.&nbsp; - A CFA /FRM certified professional working in a global organization with a strong understanding of technology in the area of asset management and capital markets. Deft in developing &amp; managing the relationship with various stakeholders - Clients, Senior Management, Institutional Investors- PE/VC Funds, Banks &amp; Financial Institutions. -Outstanding financial modelling aptitude and competency in Investments, Portfolio Management, Valuation, Financial Analysis. Ability to build financial models from scratch as well as conduct due diligence, Business plan and Investment analysis. - Prior experience &amp; understanding of multi-asset portfolio construction &amp; risk management with hands-on experience in high-end modelling and asset class research. - Exposure to tools such as R, Python, SAS would be preferred. - Prior experience in team management &amp; expertise in managing international stakeholders. - Effective communicator with strong project management &amp; interpersonal skills.
