Senior Manager - Asset Management - Power Plant

Our consultants include engineers, research scientists, lead auditors and energy policy analysts who work closely with our clients to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze KPIs to maximize Solar PV plant efficiency

- Validate Plant Availability (PAG/EAG) using SCADA data & O&M inputs

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports

- Conduct RCA for faults/downtime and develop mitigation SOPs

- Support analytics software, dashboards & digital twin development

- Collaborate with O&M and software teams to drive performance improvements

- Benchmark asset performance against industry standards

Skills Required:

- Advanced Excel & PVSyst expertise

- Strong foundation in Power Plant Engineering

- Data-driven analysis & reporting

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Relevant Experience in Asset Management & Solar PV Plant Performance Optimization
