
Job Responsibilities :
- Senior Manager in Analytics focusing on Warranty, will lead comprehensive analytical initiatives to improve warranty processes and performance. The role involves deep data dive into warranty claims, patterns, and financial impacts to drive informed decision-making and operational enhancements.
- Experience in warranty management or quality analytics within the automotive sector is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with statistical tools, data analytics tools and software.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality assurance, and service operations in an automotive environment.
- Exposure to industrial analytics, product lifecycle management, and warranty cost control practices within automotive or related heavy machinery sectors.

Experience Required:

- Demonstrated ability in managing large datasets, developing actionable insights, and influencing cross-functional teams in complex manufacturing or automotive environments.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis techniques and software tools relevant to warranty and quality analytics.
- Experience in leadership roles driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
Educational Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree
- Advanced skills in data analytics tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to develop dashboards and MIS reports.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, root cause analysis, and financial forecasting related to warranty operations.
