
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale customer, transaction, and product data to uncover actionable insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for business functions (growth, product, catalog, and supply chain).
- Identify trends in customer behavior, purchase journeys, repeat usage, and product performance.
- Work cross-functionally to deliver data-driven recommendations that impact growth, retention, and experience metrics.
- Collaborate with tech/product teams to ensure proper data tracking and integrity.
- Develop business cases for experiments (A/B tests) and measure outcomes to support rapid iteration.
- Support leadership in monthly/quarterly business reviews with insights, KPIs, and strategic inputs.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 4-8 years of experience in business/data analytics roles within B2C, e-commerce, or consumer tech setups.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel is a must.
- Working knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio.
- Comfortable handling large datasets; knowledge of Python/R for data handling is a plus.
- Experience in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analytics, and retention analysis.
- A curious, problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate raw data into business value.
- Strong communication skills you simplify complexity and influence decisions.
