Senior Manager/AGM - Operations Head - Mall

- We're hiring a strategic and hands-on Operations Head to lead mall operations in Bengaluru.

- This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with strong experience in retail property management who can drive operational efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily mall operations: security, housekeeping, maintenance, parking & customer service

- Implement SOPs, safety protocols & compliance standards

- Manage tenant relations, fit-outs, leasing coordination & renovations

- Lead a team of 4-5, manage budgets & optimize vendor contracts

- Use data-driven insights to enhance performance & customer experience

Requirements:

- Graduate/PG with 8-9 years in mall/commercial property operations

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management & budgeting skills
