Filing of income tax returns 2. Filing of TDS returns 3. Filing of AIR 4. Assessments/Re-assessments 5. Rectifications u/s 154 6. Experience in search and surveys. Income Tax - Returns, Audits, Assessment, Appeals, Tax Payments, Reports, Updating Records - Representation before Income tax authorities independently for scrutiny assessment / rectification applications / order giving effects / obtaining refunds / other follow ups - Attend appeal hearings before the Commissioner(Appeals) along with the tax consultants and liaise with the tax consultants / Counsels for appeals before the ITAT / High Court - Good experience on delivering a full range of direct tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within a specific time frame. - Finalizing periodic (quarterly/yearly) Current Tax Provision/ Deferred Tax workings with Statutory Auditors, tax status and contingent liability - Good exposure on tax compliance, finalizing tax returns, tax audits, transfer pricing audits, computation of advance tax, TDS related matters - Updating and advising various locations on statutory amendments and applicability of various tax provisions relating to personal tax, TDS, corporate tax and DTAA - Preparation of Computation of Total Income/ Net wealth of the Companies/ Directors and also preparing and file E - Returns - Preparation of assessment details with respect to Income Tax and Fringe Benefit Tax - Attending before Income Tax Authorities for the purpose of carrying out the assessments (Mumbai &amp; other locations) - Drafting of appeals to be filed before CIT(A)/ ITAT(A) - Appearing before the appellate authorities - Mumbai and other places - Computing quarterly payment of ADvance Tax/ Fringe benefit tax - Verification of quarterly TDS Returns - FInalizing Tax Audit reports and verification of compliance with other applicable laws - Maintaining records of secretarial department and assisting in company secretarial work - Attending to miscellaneous tax related matters/ queries on a regular basis
