About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Administration to lead and oversee corporate administrative operations.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale facilities, support staff, and operational processes while ensuring smooth business continuity across the organization.


This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to mentor and develop teams in a dynamic corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative operations across corporate offices.


- Lead, mentor, and guide the administration and support staff to deliver high-quality service.


- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, procurement, and facility management.


- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards related to office operations and safety.


- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership to streamline operations and drive cost efficiencies.


- Handle office infrastructure, security, transport, housekeeping, and general administrative services.


- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and process improvements.


- Monitor operational budgets, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure effective resource utilization.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


Education: Post Graduate


Experience: Minimum 10 years in administration and operations management.


Preferred Background: Candidates from Armed Forces or Defense Services will be given preference.


- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, stakeholder management, and office operations.


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.


- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with office management software/tools.


- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks related to corporate administration.
