Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional revenue by pitching and closing content-led marketing and branded solutions with clients and agencies
- Lead and mentor a regional sales team, setting clear KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture
- Map and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across sectors like fashion, beauty, home, and lifestyle
- Create and execute regional sales strategies that align with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, strategy, and product) to deliver best-in-class campaigns
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurate forecasting, and regular performance reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, building visibility and credibility within the media and advertising ecosystem
Qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in ad sales, media partnerships, or branded content, preferably in lifestyle, digital media, or D2C categories
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network of brand-side marketers and media agency leads
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a dynamic, growth-focused environment
- A collaborative leader who thrives on impact and accountability
