Senior Manager - Actuarial/Solvency - Life Insurance

Hiring for a leading life insurance client based at Mumbai

Title : Senior Manager- Actuarial- Solvency II

Responsibilities:

- Computation of economic capital requirement and economic solvency ratio for Regulatory annual reporting to IRDAI as required under Appointed Actuary's Annual Report (AAAR).

- Internal quarterly reporting to management and various risk committees.

- Reporting to foreign partner of the following metrics on economic basis Balance sheet position.

- Analysis of movement for assets, liabilities and available capital.

- Projections of available capital under new business plan.

- Assessment of capital requirement under prescribed stress scenarios,

- Performing model testing of changes to reporting Prophet and related models.

- Providing best estimate cashflows to Investment team for asset segregation under policyholder funds.

- Co-ordinating with internal and external stakeholders to timely resolve any requirements and/or deliverables.

- Support regulatory reporting team for annual IRDAI submissions.

Experience:

- At least 2 years of experience.

- Minimum 6 papers cleared- as per old curriculum.

- Exposure to Indian life insurance market is mandatory.

- Prophet experience is mandatory.
