Senior Manager - Accounts Receivable

Responsibilities:

Revenue Function Management

- Lead the revenue function across various business lines

- Oversee multiple revenue streams and ensure accurate accounting

- Identify and plug revenue leakages through systematic reviews

- Build and implement robust process controls to ensure compliance and accuracy

- Collaborate regularly with business teams to understand and support revenue drivers

- Evaluate and analyze new revenue opportunities for different business products

Accounting & Audit:

- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards

- Handle internal and external audits related to revenue and accounts receivable

- Maintain documentation and reconciliations for audit readiness

Accounts Payable & Vendor Management:

- Manage procure-to-pay (P2P) processes end-to-end

- Oversee invoice processing for both domestic and import vendors

- Monitor AP ageing and prepare relevant reports for management

- Coordinate with vendors for payment clarifications and reconciliations

Fixed Assets & Other Accounting Areas:

- Manage fixed asset accounting, tagging, and capitalization

- Handle prepaid expenses and monthly amortization

- Manage month-end and year-end provisions and accruals

Requirements:

- Experience: 8-12 years in revenue management with strong exposure to AR and accounting; 15 years overall preferred

- Domain Expertise: Proven experience in managing revenue functions, including leakages, controls, and financial reporting

- Accounting Skills: Solid understanding of accounting principles and audit processes

- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, perform root cause analysis, and support decision-making

- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with business and cross-functional teams

- Tech Savvy: Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel for data analysis and reporting
