Optimize and develop processes to improve efficiency, automation, and quality of financial information. 4. Optimize working capital & administrative expenses. proactively identify risks/opportunities. 5. Seek process improvements and adopt leading practices in accounting operations. 6. Lead a team of 20 plus staff in accounting operations. 7. Coach, develop, and inspire a high performing team. Skill sets required: 1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Modelling, Pivots, Slicers, Index, Match, Lookups, Macros) and PowerPoint. 2. Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP and CRM and BW and BI Systems experience an advantage 3. Ability to take a flexible approach to responsibilities during busy periods 4. Good Communication skills
