Senior Manager - Accounts/Finance & Controlling - Global Manufacturer - CA/CMA

Finance professional for MNC with manufacturing background mainly responsible for Month end closing, General accounting, Trial Balance, AP, Banking, Audits, Taxation,(both Direct & Indirect), coordination with company secretary and strengthening Internal controls.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Financial accounting upto finalization as per IGAAP & IFRS.

- Responsible for General Ledger as well as Trial balance.

- End to end responsibility of completion of all audits and handling Big4 auditors.

- Supervision of general accounting, AP, Banking & Taxation (Direct & Indirect)

- Support in Reporting, FP&A & controlling activities

- Supervision of day-to-day accounting and handling team of 4 to 5 people.

- Review and Improvement in Internal control systems & coordination with Internal auditors.

- Responsible for all Direct & Indirect Tax compliances, assessment and planning.

- Coordination with Company secretary for company law compliances.

- Lead process improvement initiatives in Finance thru AI & automation.

Qualification Required

- CA or CMA (Cost Accountant) with around 5 to 10 years of manufacturing industry.

- SAP background with good working experience of FICO modules.

- Analytical, Compliance, quick learner, positive attitude

- Team management of 4-5 people
