Senior Manager - Accounts/Finance

We're Hiring | Sr. Manager - Accounts & Finance

Location: Mumbai

Industry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)

Experience: Relevant experience in finance & accounts within NBFCs or financial services preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with auditors for Half-Yearly IFC (Internal Financial Controls) audits

- Liaise with internal and statutory auditors for quarterly audits and ensure timely closure

- Prepare Quarterly Results and Standalone Financial Statements as per applicable regulations

- Prepare Consolidated Financial Statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance

- Review and finalize Quarterly Financial Information for Board Meeting presentations

- Prepare advance tax workings and annual tax computations

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred

- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in NBFCs or BFSI sector

- Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial regulations, and audit processes

- Proficiency in financial reporting, tax computation, and audit coordination

- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and stakeholder management skills
