We're Hiring: Senior Manager - Accounts | Bangalore

Looking for a high-impact finance professional to lead end-to-end accounting and controllership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end accounting operations including book closure (monthly/quarterly/annual), ensuring accuracy, timelines, and data integrity

- Lead General Ledger management reconciliations, scrutiny, and compliance with Ind AS / applicable standards

- Drive financial reporting including standalone & consolidated statements, MIS, variance analysis, and leadership reporting

- Manage audits (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure strong compliance across GST, TDS, and income tax

- Strengthen processes, internal controls (IFC), and lead cross-functional stakeholder management while mentoring a team

Ideal Candidate:

- CA with 5-10+ years of experience

- Strong exposure to end-to-end controllership

- Experience in startup / high-growth environments preferred

- Hands-on with audits, taxation, and financial reporting

- Strong understanding of GL, book closure, and compliance frameworks

- Prior experience in real estate / co-working, renewable energy, hospitality, or healthcare (hospitals) is highly preferred
