Senior Manager - Accounts

Description: The Senior Accounts Manager plays a pivotal role in managing and expanding client accounts, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and driving sustainable business growth. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to deliver measurable outcomes while safeguarding the organizations financial integrity

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (GAAP & IFRS compliant).

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

- Ensure tax compliance and implement effective tax strategies.

- Strengthen internal controls and financial governance.

- Provide financial insights and KPI analysis to senior leadership.

- Manage audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Requirements:

- 1018 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting.

- Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and compliance.

- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and internal control frameworks.

- Proven leadership and team management capability.

- Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance; CA/CPA/MBA preferred.
