Job Description:
- To ensure accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The Additional Director / Director will maintain financial records, prepare reports, manage audits, and ensure adherence to financial laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and statutory reports as per schedule.
- Ensure compliance with taxation regulations (Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate and support internal and statutory audits.
- Implement and monitor internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to finance.
