Senior Manager - Accounting/Finance

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager will own end- to- end bookkeeping and finance operations for multiple industry verticals, covering the full towers of Record- to- Report (R2R), Procure- to- Pay (P2P) and Order- to- Cash (O2C), leading team-members based across Global Market.

Required Skills (Must have):

- 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, bookkeeping and finance operations with expertise in US GAAP.

- Proven track in managing bookkeeping, R2R-P2P-O2C as an integrated flow, not in silos; understands how daily books roll up into controller

- Experience managing teams of 20+ and scaling teams

- Ability to build effective partnerships and stakeholder management

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor's/Masters degree

Required Skills (Nice to have):

- Experience in US public accounting for Real Estate, Non-profits, Renewable Energy or Hospitality sectors

- Hands- on familiarity with Sage Intacct, QuickBooks or similar accounting/ERP systems

- Experience engaging internal and external clients while working at mid- tier accounting consulting firms, captives or outsourced providers
