Senior Manager - Accounting - Electronics Industry

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily accounting activities - AP, AR, GL, payroll, bank reconciliations.

- Ensure full compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory regulations.

- File GST returns, TDS returns, and coordinate with consultants for statutory filings.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per accounting standards.

- Lead budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis.

- Support external/internal audits including documentation & closure of observations.

- Maintain fixed asset register and support CAPEX planning.

- Analyse product costing and support pricing decisions for electronics products.

- Develop and monitor internal controls to strengthen financial discipline.

- Present MIS reports, dashboards, and key financial insights to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- MBA (Finance) / CMA preferred.

- 2-8 years of accounting & taxation experience (electronics/manufacturing preferred).

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting standards.
