Senior Manager - Accounting - CA

Position: Sr. Manager- Accounting

Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Global Presence: Africa, North America, South America, Europe, APAC

Your Tasks:

- Prepare/review and present financial statements (IFRS / LGAAP), cash flow reports, and performance analysis to stakeholders.

- Lead an accounting team responsible for efficient operations in areas of General Ledger, Receivables, Payables, Payroll and Fixed Asset. Responsible for performance MIS to local management.

- Coordinate with internal & statutory auditors. Maintain and furnish required information during the audit.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls and global finance processes and adherence to Global accounting KPIs

- Suggest improvement to financial systems and implement procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Coordinate with bankers and manage the end-to-end Banking relationship.

- Responsibility for the financial accounting and monthly closings in time and in good quality

- Cost center accounting and preparation of Statement of Income (SOI) according to IFRS and group-specific guidelines.

- Responsible for the annual budgeting, tracking actuals, variance analysis.

- Active development of processes and systems in financial accounting.

- Participation in international Finance transformation projects.

Your Profile:

- Chartered Accountant experience required. Experience to lead an accounting team.

- Professional experience and expert know how in finance and accounting in SAP ERP and working together with a Shared Service provider

- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management. Experience handling and working with regional or global stakeholders
