Location: Mumbai BKC

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee month-end and year-end closure processes

- Review trial balance and manage complex reconciliations

- Strengthen Internal Financial Controls (IFC) framework

- Drive automation initiatives and de-risk manual operations

- Review and manage consolidation of financial statements

- Ensure compliance and execution under IND AS

- Lead reconciliation and consolidation activities end-to-end

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Strong expertise in IND AS

- Hands-on experience in financial consolidation

- Experience in strengthening controls and process automation

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

- Leadership experience in managing finance teams
