Senior Manager / Director Accounting Advisory (IFRS Implementation & CFO Advisory)

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead solution development and delivery for IFRS implementation, hedge accounting, CFO advisory and accounting standards transitions

- Develop and present client proposals, pitch decks, technical memos and advisory documentation

- Manage medium- to large-scale accounting advisory engagements end-to-end, ensuring compliance with IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17 (and local equivalents)

- Analyze financial statements; recommend accounting treatments for diverse assets/liabilities

- Drive sales, P&L, collection and profitability targets in the accounting advisory practice

- Mentor, develop and grow a team of subject-matter experts; foster a collaborative, high-performance culture

- Innovate accounting solutions and support market outreach to expand advisory footprint

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience in CFO Advisory, Accounting Advisory, IFRS implementation, product implementation or hedge accounting

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA; CFA or IFRS Diploma preferred

- Proven track record in client engagement, proposal development and project leadership

- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS standards (IFRS 9, 15, 16, 17) and local GAAP

- Proficiency in SAP/GL systems; Python knowledge is a plus

- Exceptional business writing, presentation and analytical skills

- Fluent in written and spoken English

Mobility & Reporting:

- Frequent travel (short and long-term) across India and internationally (APAC, Europe, US)

- Potential relocation based on project requirements

- Direct reporting to a dedicated Counselor; guidance from Business and Geography Leaders

Performance Metrics:

- Achievement of sales, P&L, collection, and profitability targets
