Principal Duties And Responsibilities: - Support the solutioning and design of projects with a variety of global clients - Manage project delivery while engaging with multiple internal and external stakeholders, at the client site or otherwise - Practice in developing the client base under the offering and work on business development and research initiatives - Demonstrate strong consulting skills to provide support to solve strategic and operational business problems of our Japan clients - Engage and spearhead client conversations; lead client workshops; and present solutions, progress, and products to internal and external stakeholders, for our Japan clients - Gain a global and local experience with access to nascent market in Japan entailing huge growth opportunities - Together with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts, understand the business problem, target audiences, business needs, and develop relevant Talent solution for our global clients (Japanese and Non-Japanese) - Effectively collaborate with the client team to identify the solution approach and design, and work through the design, development, and delivery phases. - Support the Functional Manager to develop/identify and take client buy-in on Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project based on requirements - Ensure that the project meets all productivity targets as per the project plans - Identify and share the risks with the Project Leads/Functional Manager to discuss possible solutions/mitigations/alternatives - Travel to client sites in Japan for project work; there is possibility of long-term client-facing opportunity Qualifications: - Education- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any specialization - Master's degree in business management & related fields is preferred Japanese Language: JLPT N1/N2/ N3 Experience: - Proven experience of working with Japanese client - Experience of working with Japanese organizations across Business & Management domains Key Competencies and Skills: - Highly proficient in Japanese language (JPLT N1/N2/N3) - Key interest to understand and develop client and stakeholder relationships in the Japan market - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, project-driven environment - Ability to handle multiple and simultaneous tasks with aggressive deadlines - Ability to stay calm & composed in the face of adversity & work as a team player - Ability to be innovative, analytical, self-motivated, proactive & highly organized - Ability to learn, grow and evolve as required Soft Skills: - Strong analytical skills - Integrated business perspective - Business acumen - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Cross cultural competence
