Senior Management Controller - Manufacturing Firm

Job Title: Senior Management Controller

We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of Senior Management Controller at a well-established Italian manufacturing company located in Chennai to support financial planning, performance management, and process optimization across the organization.

- Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.

- Provide performance insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with financial processes.

- Coordinate with cross functional and international teams for group-wide reporting.

- Improve processes, support ERP/digital transformation initiatives, and enhance efficiency.

- Prepare dashboards, presentations, and management reports (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

- Master's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

- 10+ years of experience in management controlling or financial analysis in multinational/industrial environments.

- Strong skills in ERP systems (SAP/JDE), reporting tools (Hyperion/Business Objects), and advanced Excel.

- Experience in heavy engineering, manufacturing, steel, or related industrial sectors.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

- Ability to work across cultures and manage multi country processes.

- Proactive mindset with experience in process improvement and digital transformation.
