Our client is looking to hire Associate for Patent Litigation in Gurgaon/ Delhi.

Mandatory Qualification:

B.Tech/B.E OR M.Tech/M.E +LLB [preferably with IP background].

Patent Litigation Experience:

2-5 years.

Mandatory experience in practicing in court.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint etc.)

- Willingness to work in flexible schedule and undertake travelling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle patent litigation and related intellectual property disputes in various courts and forums.

- Provide advisory and opinion services on patent-related legal issues.

- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions, briefs, and arguments.

- Draft and review agreements, pleadings, and other legal documents.

- Represent clients in court proceedings and manage litigation strategy.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsels for efficient dispute resolution.

- Participate in trial preparation, hearings, and client consultations.

- Support partners in case management, client communication, and compliance activities
