A senior legal leadership opportunity with a leading Indian industrial conglomerate.

We are partnering with a large, reputed conglomerate to identify an accomplished legal professional to lead its litigation function. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing complex, high - stakes disputes, with a strong preference for professionals from the metals & mining or manufacturing industries. Ideally looking at somebody with 15 - 18 years of experience.

What we're looking for:

- Significant experience in litigation management and dispute resolution.

- Strong exposure to complex commercial disputes, civil and criminal litigation, regulatory proceedings and other contentious matters.

- Experience in formulating litigation strategy, managing external counsel and overseeing critical legal matters across business operations.

- The ability to assess legal risks, advise senior management and drive effective dispute resolution strategies.

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
