We are hiring for of Sr. Level - Insurance Operations with a leading Insurance KPO at Delhi/ NCR

Exp : 15 yrs to 25 yrs

Full time : Master's Degree

Location : Delhi/NCR

Responsibility :

- Will be responsible to provide leadership and direction to the Property & Casualty operations team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of insurance products and services

- Implement best practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization to achieve superior results.

- Set clear performance targets for the team, regularly monitor progress, and ensure accountability for achieving high performance and efficiency.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

- Understand their priorities and create strategies that align with their needs and expectations

- Lead the team in driving a culture of operational excellence.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for the Property & Casualty division, aligning with overall company objective

- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and deliver exceptional value to clients.

- Overseeing and managing the insurance functions, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
