Qualifications:

- LL.B. from a recognized university.

- 67 years experience in top-tier law firms.

- Prior experience with real-estate-backed lending preferred.

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for driving the legal execution of the Companys secured lending, structured credit, and capital-markets-linked financing programmes , with a strong focus on risk allocation, regulatory compliance, and transaction efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Secured Lending & Structured Finance :

Independently manage drafting, review, and negotiation of:

- Loan and security documents for real-estate-backed exposures

- Debenture Trust Deeds, Inter-Creditor Agreements, and guarantees

- Securitisation and direct assignment transactions

- Advise on transaction structures from a lender-protection perspective.

Capital Markets & Fundraising:

- Lead legal execution for unlisted NCDs, CCDs, OCDs, and similar instruments.

- Coordinate with trustees, arrangers, rating agencies, and external counsel.

- Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI and RBI frameworks.

Risk, Oversight & Governance:

- Identify legal and regulatory risks and advise mitigation strategies.

- Supervise junior team members and oversee multiple parallel transactions.

- Support drafting and review of board and committee papers.

Regulatory Advisory:

- Provide legal advice on RBI regulations impacting NBFC lending and investments.

- Support product development, refinancing, and restructuring exercises.

Key Skills & Attributes:

- Strong command over NBFC lending regulations and secured financing structures.

- Ability to independently run complex, multi-party transactions.

- Commercially sound, risk-aware legal judgment.

Working Days: Mon - Friday

Working Timings: 10.30AM -7 PM
