About the Role:

This is a high-impact leadership role within the Trading Operations organization, responsible for overseeing multiple operational functions supporting a broad range of investment strategies and asset classes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence operating models, leverage automation and AI-driven solutions, and contribute to the development of a best-in-class global Operations platform.

- The role carries strategic and functional leadership responsibility across multiple Trading Operations functions, including Trade Support, Bank Debt Operations, Regulatory Reporting, and Treasury Shared Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the vision, priorities, operating framework, and performance standards across these functions while ensuring alignment with the firm's global operating model and business objectives.

- The incumbent will drive operational excellence, strengthen governance and control frameworks, enhance scalability, and lead transformation initiatives across the Operations platform. Working closely with investment teams, technology partners, and global stakeholders, the role will play a critical part in supporting business growth, new investment strategies, and expansion into new markets and asset classes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and strategic oversight across multiple Trading Operations functions.

- Drive operational transformation initiatives focused on process optimization, automation, and scalability.

- Partner closely with investment professionals and business stakeholders to support new products, markets, and investment strategies.

- Ensure a robust control environment through effective risk management, governance, and operational oversight.

- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through technology, data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

- Lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with global Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and other key stakeholder groups.

- Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational matters and drive timely resolution.

- Support the firm's long-term growth by building scalable operational capabilities and processes.

Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of experience within Trading Operations, Investment Operations, Capital Markets Operations, Asset Management, Alternative Investments, or Global Markets Operations.

- Demonstrated experience leading large teams and multiple operational functions within a global financial institution, asset manager, alternative investment firm, or investment bank.

- Strong understanding of Fixed Income, Credit, Bank Debt, Equities, Derivatives, and OTC products.

- Proven track record of leading transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

- Experience leveraging technology, data, and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and controls.

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and global teams.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
