Senior Leadership Role - Supply Chain Data & Analytics

A strategic leadership opportunity to drive supply chain analytics across a global, multi-brand network. The role focuses on enabling data-driven decision making, improving KPIs such as on-time delivery, inventory productivity, cost, and margin, and scaling modern analytics capabilities.

The leader will define and execute the analytics roadmap, elevate team performance, and partner with technology and business stakeholders to deliver measurable impact across sourcing, production, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team.

- Build scalable data product operating models and modern analytics practices.

- Define and execute the supply chain analytics strategy and roadmap.

- Collaborate with technology leaders on data engineering, architecture, and platform capabilities.

- Partner with senior business leaders across regions to align priorities and drive adoption.

- Deliver high-quality analytics products leveraging cloud platforms (PowerBI, Databricks).

- Provide thought leadership on data, metrics, and industry trends.

- Enable executive decision-making through scenario modeling and actionable insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Data & Analytics, MIS, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (Masters preferred).

- 12+ years of analytics experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

- Proven expertise in supply chain analytics and data product strategy.

- Strong knowledge of modern analytics and visualization practices.

- Experience with cloud data platforms and scalable analytics solutions.

- Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills.

- Experience working in Agile environments.
