Senior Leadership Role - SAP Finance Transformation - Consulting

Role Overview:

- Lead the SAP Finance capability, covering S/4HANA Finance (GL, AP, AR, AA), Central Finance, Group Reporting, Treasury, and Financial Close & Reporting.

- Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for large-scale SAP Finance transformation programmes, ensuring delivery quality, scalability and business value realisation.

- Serve as the primary SAP Finance leader, engaging with global stakeholders across geographies, business units and service lines, while collaborating closely with Finance Business Consulting teams.

- Define and track transformation outcomes, including financial close efficiency, reporting accuracy, regulatory compliance and cost optimisation.

- Drive the adoption of automation, AI and digital finance solutions to enhance finance operations and transformation outcomes.

- Partner with sales and solution teams on strategic pursuits, contributing to solution design, value articulation and client presentations.

- Develop and strengthen the SAP Finance leadership pipeline across global delivery locations.

- Head a large team.

Experience Required:

- Strong understanding of the SAP Finance landscape, including S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, Group Reporting, Treasury and Financial Integration.

- Global exposure with respect to managing accounts.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale SAP Finance transformation programmes.

- Experience in building, managing and scaling SAP Finance sub-practices or competency groups and handling large teams.
