Responsibilities
- Lead and scale revenue and growth initiatives across the APAC region.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve market penetration and revenue objectives.
- Drive enterprise SaaS and AI product adoption within the media & entertainment (M&E) industry, while expanding into adjacent verticals.
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams across customer segments.
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee deal closures with key enterprise customers.
- Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and develop competitive strategies.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships across OTT platforms, broadcasters, sports organizations, and large enterprises.
- Drive business development initiatives for new growth opportunities, from concept to execution, including both organic and inorganic expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Manage growth through both a direct sales force and channel partners; build and expand strategic partnerships with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to accelerate adoption and scale.
- Define, track, and report sales targets, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Champion the adoption of innovative sales tools and methodologies to maximize team effectiveness.
Desired Skills & Background:
- 15+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales, with proven leadership at a regional/global scale.
- Proven track record of leading sales teams that delivered high-growth SaaS sales in the APAC region, ideally in the media & entertainment industry.
- Strong experience in enterprise technology solution selling and consistent C-level engagement.
- Expertise in building and managing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across SaaS and M&E ecosystems.
- Deep experience in developing channel ecosystems and working closely with hyperscalers to drive joint GTM and enterprise adoption.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
- Adaptable and resilient, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales management platforms.
- Preferred: Leadership experience in media & entertainment (sports, news, broadcast) and/or SaaS software and cloud solutions
